About Rev. Deborah Coleman

Deborah is fully licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Commercial and Consumer Relations (since 1993) to officiate at wedding ceremonies. Through the authority of the Church of Truth, she is licenced and entitled to perform other religious rites such as baptisms, renewal of vows and funerals.

Creative and dynamic, Deborah has often been described as a ‘motivational teacher’, impacting lives with humour, inspiration, and presenting to the listener practical tools to apply to everyday life.

Deborah has developed and implemented courses and classes on self-empowerment, assisted organizations with boards goals, objectives and strategies, and co-ordinated programs for people with disabilities in conjunction with the local college and 5 major banks. She has sat on various boards of not-for-profit organizations and is often asked to be a keynote speaker and AGM facilitator. Deborah also develops and presents half-day and day-long workshops and seminars to local community business and organizations, teaches a ministerial program, and performs over 150 weddings per year.

Deborah and her husband Frank of over 35 years have raised two daughters and now take great delight in their granddaughter Abigail and grandson Nathan. Deborah says the greatest privilege of her life was to be able to perform the wedding ceremonies for both their children, and hopefully will be around to marry off their grandchildren.
